課程概述 |
In this course, we will discuss configuration, relationship mapping and coordination of supply chains and distribution channels. The course material is based on advanced supply chain management and industrial economics. It emphasizes modeling and analysis and is not an introductory course to supply chain management. There are group study assignments and a term paper study and presentation. Logistics is not in the scope of this course. |
